Studs and Insulation

Due to serious black mold found on the drywalls, drywall was removed to further find mold on the studs and damp insulation. SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD.

This HVAC furnace is in critical condition as it's insulation and surrounding walls are exposed to moisture. This furnace will further spread this mold buildup through it's ventilation and cause great health issues. Recommend contacting an HVAC specialist to replace the furnace and replace the wall after checking the studs and spaces within them for further mold.

This is an extremely aged panel and may need it's breakers to be replaced.
